CARE GUIDE
We would like to remind you that each of our items is knitted by hand by both machine and hand knitters. We use 98% natural yarn, including merino, cashmere, alpaca, cotton, super kid mohair, silk, and more. With proper care, our items will delight you with their warmth and softness for at least 3–4 seasons.
Washing Instructions
Since natural wool does not absorb odors and has water-repellent properties, stains do not penetrate deep into the fibers. Therefore, our products do not require rough washing or vigorous rubbing.
- Hand wash at a temperature of up to 30°C using detergents designed for natural fibers.
- If your item has absorbed odors after being in a crowded place, simply airing it out is often enough to freshen it.
DO NOT WASH IN A WASHING MACHINE.
Drying
After washing, gently wring out the item by hand or using a cotton towel to absorb excess moisture. Dry horizontally in a drying rack or on a flat surface. DO NOT DRY in tumble dryers, on radiators, near fireplaces, or on heated floors above 40°C.
Storage
Once your item is completely dry, you can iron it using the appropriate wool setting. Store it in our reusable cotton bag, and for extra protection against pests (such as moths), place a sprig of lavender inside. Avoid storing woolen items on hangers, as this can cause deformation.
Pilling
Any woolen item will naturally develop pills over time—this is a completely normal process. Typically, they appear during the second or third season of activewear (where "active wear" means wearing the same sweater frequently without alternating it with others).
To minimize pilling, we recommend owning two or three natural wool sweaters per season, allowing each to maintain its original look for longer. If pilling does occur, simply use a fabric shaver to remove unwanted fuzz and restore the sweater’s smooth texture.
