Delivery of In-Stock Items

Delivery of in-stock items across Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta or, upon the customer's request, by Ukrposhta, within 3-5 business days (if the package needs to be received urgently, the Buyer can specify this in the order comment, and we will contact you to clarify if the item can be sent on the same day or the next day after full payment). Delivery is paid for by the Buyer.

Courier delivery by Nova Poshta is paid by the Buyer according to the carrier's rates.

After sending the order, you will receive a CN(Consignment Note) number (bill of lading number), which you can use to track the package. You can also track the order in the Nova Poshta app.

International Orders Delivery

International shipments are carried out by courier services "Ukrposhta" and "Nova Poshta Global". The delivery time depends on the destination country and can range from 5 to 21 calendar days. Shipments within Europe by "Nova Poshta Global" usually take 5 to 10 days. By "Ukrposhta" — 10-14 days. Information about the shipments and tracking numbers are sent to the email address or phone number specified in the order.

Upon arrival in the destination country, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country's customs. The recipient may incur additional costs for customs clearance. These costs are beyond our control and prediction. We are not responsible for customs duties and other related expenses.
