How long to expect an order?
If the item is in stock, shipping is on Monday, Wednesday, Friday. We always strive to meet the needs of our women, so if it is urgent, just let us know and we will contact you to clarify any questions.
If we knit a product individually for you, and we do this in 95% of cases, the standard waiting period is 10-14 working days (and at the same time, we always try to deliver the order faster).
Can existing product models be changed?
Yes, you can change the length, width, or any detail (for example, the neck/cuffs).
What yarn do you work with?
We work with cashmere, merino, alpaca, super kid mohair, cotton, silk, and to a lesser extent with angora.
How many seasons will your products keep their appearance?
At least 3-4 seasons, with proper care. We test the yarn on ourselves first, and only then put models made from it up for sale. Our team has sweaters that are 5 seasons old and still look like new.
Can there be an exchange/return for items that were made as an individual order?
This is possible only if: the product is of inadequate quality (rough seams, contamination, damage); there is a mix up in color/model/yarn; measurements do not correspond to those agreed upon with the client, by more than 2 cm (either less or more); or the execution time is delayed by more than 7 working days without prior warning from our side.
