Exchange and Return of Custom Orders

By placing an order as "custom," you agree that such items are not subject to exchange or return under the following conditions:

if the sizes discussed with the Buyer were followed (a deviation of 1-2 cm is not a reason for return, as knitwear is quite elastic and this deviation is often variable);

the color matches the order (please note the settings of your device screens; protective screens (with a dimming effect);

the work is completed with quality (neat seams, no contamination, the fabric is knitted evenly and uniformly);

the work is completed on time (a delay in the order completion of more than 7 working days, if the Buyer was not informed about it, is a condition for a refund to the Buyer and termination of the offer agreement at his request).
